Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Aipurity (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
What the Service does
Aipurity checks images, audio and video for AI-generation provenance, and scans your device for AI-agent residue. It reports evidence the file or system actually carries.
No guarantee of accuracy
Detection is best-effort, not infallible. When a check says “inconclusive,” that is the honest answer — absence of markers is not proof a file is human-made. Do not rely on Aipurity as the sole basis for any high-stakes, legal, financial or safety decision. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Accounts
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Registration is open; you must provide accurate information.
Credits & billing
- Each check consumes credits. New accounts receive a starting balance; paid plans (Plus, Pro) grant a monthly credit allotment.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and consumed credits are non-refundable.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no reverse-engineering or reselling the Service, no attempts to bypass credits, rate limits or security, and no automated abuse of the APIs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aipurity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a check result. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
